It is well known that the quality of die casting is dependent upon whether the mold design is logical and precise. In mold design, we will use the best parameters to design molten metal sprue, molten metal overflow trough and feeding tubes, etc.

In order to ensure the quality of products, we will verify and fine-tune the die casting parameters in the test and trial production to obtain the optimal die casting parameters for each product. Our mass production of the die casting process is fully automated. After preliminary inspection, the die casting parts will be transported to the post-work section.

For the products which are needed to be processed precisely, they will be transferred to our CNC workshop.
Our CNC processing machine is equipped with a four axis turntable, which can process the products on multiple sides at one time. Thus, the positioning error caused by multiple clamping is avoided. Consequently, the quality of die casting products is further guaranteed.

After finishing, the die casting parts will be processed and inspected in our grinding workshop. KINGCASTING is equipped with more than 100 workers for post-processing, adopting assembly line working methods.

KINGCASTING ensures all inspection personnel are dedicated to 100% of the product inspection procedure to ensure each die casting is in accordance with customer technical requirements, thus ensuring the quality of die casting.
